Vacancy: Chief Lawyer

Working Schedule: Full-time

Georgian Airlines invites a highly qualified, experienced, and motivated Lawyer to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and managing legal risks in compliance with international aviation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Protecting and representing the Company’s interests before courts, governmental authorities, and in relations with third parties;

 • Drafting, reviewing, and approving international agreements and contracts;

 • Ensuring the Company’s compliance with local and international aviation regulations (including ICAO and EASA requirements);

 • Preparing internal corporate documentation, management orders, and employment contracts;

 • Providing legal advice on strategic and operational matters;

 • Ensuring GDPR compliance, including personal data protection, development of internal policies, and risk assessment;

 • Managing the Company’s intellectual property portfolio.

Qualification Requirements:

 • Master of Laws;

 • Minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in a legal position;

 • Full professional proficiency in Georgian, English, and Russian (both written and spoken);

 • Strong knowledge of international contract law and business law;

 • Excellent analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility.
